For Foundation 45,Thier mission is simple – serve the Dallas/Fort Worth creative community by providing free top-tier mental health and recovery services while working to destigmatize the conversation around mental health. 

I fucking love that! Because F45 saved my life, I will always work to give back to them. You can find me volunteering or attending their events, donating art or services to their fundraisers, and talking about them any chance I get!

The punk DIY ethos is the spirit behind the organization. They are here to amplify the voices of the unheard.

Born of the loss of two members of Deep Ellum’s hometown heroes, Spector 45, the foundation works to provide full circle support for anyone struggling with their mental health. In our world, what we can’t buy, we’ll make. What we can’t find, we’ll create. When a community can’t get the support or services its members need, we’ll come together to provide it.
